The study analyzed data from platform 156 in the city of São Paulo, from the perspective of Urban Facility Management (UFM), pointing out the most frequent problems in the city and the main actions and mitigation contributions reported by professionals in the area of Facility Management (FM). A methodological triangulation was carried out, starting with a theoretical foundation followed by quantitative research, through a sample of service orders for the year 2022 extracted from the platform's transparency channel. After that, through qualitative research with 40 graduate students in FM, the potential actions and contributions of managers in the face of the main challenges of the city were extracted. The results pointed to three main urban demands of the city: streets and neighborhoods, citizenship and social assistance and cleaning and garbage and, respectively, the actions for mitigation were: the continuous maintenance of sidewalks in the perimeter of the companies, the participation of local social programs and the intensification of selective collection. FM has currently been analyzed from an urban perspective, that is, beyond the internal boundaries of organizations, positioning it as a link between micro spaces (organizations) and macro spaces (public facilities) in a complex and interconnected social web.
